SUMMARY:Ready\, Set\, Go - 5km Challenge
DESCRIPTION:Crickhowell Running Club is looking for the member who can show the most improvement in 12 weeks – is it you?\n\n\nJust complete a total of four parkruns between 4th June and Saturday 20th August – any parkrun you like.\nThe runner demonstrating the greatest time improvement over the 5km  will be announced and awarded as our champion at the next social get together following the end date of the challenge.\n\n\nStart Date: Sat 4 Jun\nEnd Date: Sat 20 Aug\nLocation/time: Parkrun of your choice (09:00 start time)\n\n\nDress: Club vest/t-shirt (please help to promote the club)\n\n\nIan will record all your results\, so please let him know when you have completed a parkrun\, so that he can keep track \n\n\nPlease note that parkrun is open to all abilities including those still running/walking.\nYou must register with parkrun and obtain your barcode to get  your times. Registration for parkrun can be found at the below link – you only need to register once\, your unique barcode can be used at parkruns all over the world.\n\n\nRegister Now
